- Seed must use relative imports (../src/lib/db) and be idempotent (deleteMany in dependency order).

Task: Generate cinematic hero backdrop images for PeepBox streaming platform

Work Log:
- Read worklog.md to align with Phase 3 (image generation) and confirm UI expects /images/heroes/hero-1.jpg .. hero-6.jpg with gradient fallback.
- Invoked image-generation skill; learned z-ai CLI (`z-ai image -p <prompt> -o <path> -s <size>`) outputs PNG only and supports sizes 1024x1024 / 768x1344 / 864x1152 / 1344x768 / 1152x864 / 1440x720 / 720x1440.
- Created directory /home/z/my-project/public/images/heroes/.
- First attempt with size 1440x720 FAILED with API 400 (code 1214): API requires each dimension to be a multiple of 32 and 720 is not (720/32=22.5). Switched to 1344x768 (closest valid size to 16:9, ratio 1.75) — this is the wide-landscape option the skill intends for hero art.
- z-ai CLI writes PNG only, so used project-installed `sharp` to transcode each PNG -> mozjpeg JPG (quality 88) at the required filenames.
- Generated all 6 images via CLI at 1344x768, each prompt enriched with "cinematic key art, premium streaming service hero art, ultra-detailed, dramatic lighting, no text, no watermark, no logo" suffix to bias toward premium Netflix/Apple TV+ key-art style.
- A batched bash script for heroes 2-6 exceeded the 10-min shell timeout while mid-way through hero-4 (heroes 1,2,3 had already completed); resumed heroes 4,5,6 individually with shorter per-call timeouts. All succeeded on first attempt; no retries needed.
- Verified all 6 files with `ls -la` and validated each via sharp.metadata() (all 1344x768, jpeg, 3 channels).

- Note on size: used 1344x768 (closest valid multiple-of-32 to 16:9); the skill's documented "1440x720" hero size is rejected by the underlying API (height 720 is not a multiple of 32). Subsequent tasks generating hero art should use 1344x768.
- Note on format: z-ai CLI emits PNG only; used sharp (already a Next.js dependency) to transcode to mozjpeg JPG at quality 88.

- Read worklog.md and prisma/schema.prisma to confirm model field names, relation structures, and unique constraints.
- Wrote /home/z/my-project/prisma/seed.ts using relative import `import { db } from "../src/lib/db"`.
- Implemented idempotency: at start, single db.$transaction([...36 deleteMany calls in child-first order...]) wipes all tables.
- Built helper functions: rand, randFloat, pick, daysFromNow, daysAgo, makeDesc (rich Persian paragraph generator).
- Defined realistic Persian content data arrays (in-file): 20 genres (اکشن..ورزشی), 16 countries (آمریکا..دانمارک), 20 actors (mix of intl + Taraneh Alidoosti, Shahab Hosseini, Song Kang-ho), 10 directors (incl. Asghar Farhadi, Bong Joon-ho, Park Chan-wook).
- Created 25 movies (>=24 required) — first 6 are HERO movies with /images/heroes/hero-1..6.jpg backdrops + isFeatured + featuredOrder 1..6. Mix of isTrending (8), isNew (6), isPremium (8). Each movie linked to 1–3 genres + 2–4 actors (MovieCast with English character names) + 1 director (MovieDirector) + 3 VideoSources (720p MP4, 1080p HLS mux.dev with isHls=true, 2160p MP4).

- First run failed due to VideoSource.size values exceeding SQLite Int32 (6GB bytes). Fixed by switching size to MB units (800/1500/6000) which fit comfortably. Second run completed successfully with all progress messages logged.
- Ran temp verify script — all 38 table counts confirmed correct. Script deleted afterward.

- Built 4 AI routes using z-ai-web-dev-sdk: ai/recommend, ai/search (NL→filters), ai/content-assistant, ai/admin-assistant. Server-side only.
- Built complete UI: app-shell, navbar, footer (sticky mt-auto), mobile bottom-nav, hero-slider, content-row, poster (gradient fallback + badges), video-player (HLS via hls.js + MP4, all controls: play/pause/volume/progress/fullscreen/quality/speed/PiP/subtitles/keyboard), skeleton.

- Fixed: hero index clamping, setSpeed name collision, parsing error in detail, set-state-in-effect lint errors (render-phase reset pattern), unused eslint-disable, ternary warnings. Lint clean.
- Fixed seed: Google sample MP4 URLs returned 403 from sandbox → switched all VideoSource URLs to 4 working HLS streams (Mux, CPH, Unified Streaming), isHls=true. Player updated to prefer 1080p HLS.
- SEO: layout metadata (title/desc/keywords/OG/Twitter/robots), sitemap.ts, robots.ts, manifest.json (PWA, RTL, theme color).
- Agent Browser end-to-end verification (all passed, clean console):
  * Home: hero slider (6 slides, real hero images), continue-watching row, AI recommendation row WITH Persian reasons (✨ هیجان‌انگیز با داستان پیچیده), premium banner, trending row.
  * Movies browse: genre/year/quality filters work.
  * Detail view: title, genres, cast, similar content.

  * AI Admin Assistant: answered "درآمد این ماه چقدر بوده؟" → "درآمد این ماه: ۲۹۷۰۰۰ تومان" (accurate, matches DB).
  * AI natural-language Search: "یه فیلم اکشن با امتیاز بالا و محصول ۲۰۲۴ می‌خوام" → AI interpreted → filters (اکشن, امتیاز +۷) → returned 2 matching movies (پروتکل آخر، سرعت).
  * Mobile responsive (390x844): bottom nav (خانه/فیلم/زنده/موزیک/پروفایل), hero renders.
  * Sticky footer: min-h-screen flex flex-col + mt-auto structure confirmed; console clean (only React DevTools info + HMR, zero errors/hydration mismatches).

Stage Summary:
- PeepBox is a fully functional, production-style streaming platform verified end-to-end in the browser.
- All core features working: streaming UI, video player (real HLS playback), live TV, music, search, AI (recommendations + NL search + admin assistant + content generator), admin dashboard with charts, auth, subscription, profile, RTL Persian, mobile responsive.
